Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, a group buy, or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscription Policy
Subscriptions on our website are managed through TIAGcommunities.org.
Subscription Terms: When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries in full at the time of order. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it at any time.
Managing Your Subscription: To cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order where you can manage your subscription.
Cancellations and Changes: If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time through your order confirmation emails.
Returns and Refunds: We do not offer refunds once the payment is processed. See our Return Policy for more details on returns.
Dispute Resolution: By purchasing a subscription, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration, rather than in court. This includes any claims related to our subscription services. For more details, refer to our Terms of Service.
Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our subscription services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in question.

Group Buys
Group buys close every 30 days or less, and your order will ship within 7 to 10 business days from the group buy closing date. Payment is charged in full at the time of order. We do not offer refunds for group buy purchases once the group buy has closed.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We charge the full amount at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and ship the order when it becomes available. You cannot cancel a pre-order once it has been fulfilled. Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
