Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any purchases whatsoever, regardless of backlog or back-ordered products.
Agreement to Refund Policy: By making a purchase on this website, you agree to this return policy. You acknowledge that since we do not produce every product or service on this site ourselves, some products may not actually be available at the supplier location. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery times in coordination with refund eligibility. You understand and agree to the inherent risks associated with small family business product lines and manufacturing processes.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, seeds, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Group Buy and SEED Sales Guarantee: Because we ship directly from homesteads, home-based family businesses, and our group buy shipping partners, it is incredibly important for us to satisfy customer expectations.
- If you desire a refund, one can be given in full up to the close of the group buy.
- Because we drop ship directly from family home-based businesses, once the group buys containing your order have closed and we've sent the group order report, we can no longer guarantee a refund. Your product will be drop shipped directly from the corresponding family business within 7-10 business days from the day the group buy closes.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Due to the nature of correlating expenses and timelines, we are unable to offer refunds for subscription services, event tickets, hosting programs, and design or consulting services of any kind. However, you are entitled to your service/product purchased from the date of payment, and we guarantee fulfillment. In the event we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be given at the earliest convenience upon your approval.
