But whats really happening, is a diverse rich bioavailable culture of soil biology and mycorrhizal fungi networks being created within a mound that becomes more nutrient dense season after season for your fruits, trees, and vegetables!
This rich culture of life below your favorite plants begins to not only self fertilize, but also barter and trade nutrition, water, and beneficial chemical compounds between plants directly in the root systems through the mycorrhizal fungi networks that develop within the bed.

These beds store water like a big sponge, and release it to your plants in their requested amounts without causing root rot. They become more nutrient dense over time as they decompose and top growth is chopped and dropped in place, build soils and increase fertility for years to come.

We like to think about it as a Drought Proof approach to Ecosystem Gardening!
