PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Overview: This program includes detailed planning, site visits, project management, and regular updates to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards no matter where your project is in our big blue world This program is the highest tier and most premium consultancy package we offer at the pay-as-you-go level. This program ensures a structured, transparent approach to managing your project right up front, with flexible payment milestones spread over time for on-going consultancy and project management month to month. Providing you with the highest level of consultancy services and commitment from the start with minimal financial burden.

The following highlights the fundamentals of the project management program (PMC).

Our Guarantee: We'll never bill you for work we didn't do, or milestones we haven't previously hit, and discussed and agreed have been reached.

1. INTRODUCTION

Purpose: The purpose of this program is to provide comprehensive project management and Permaculture Consultancy services for the successful design and implementation of your permaculture property objectives. Both on-site in person with sub-contractors, coordinating physical progress, and off-site virtual management curating project design, scope, phases and key mile stones and objectives to meet your goals.

Program Cost: Enrollment to the PMC program requires an up-front annual consultancy retainer of $15,000 paid via invoice.

The enrollment retainer commences consultancy and secures: 

  • Commitment to your project at our highest level of priority service with a dedicated consultant and curated support team
  • Begins onboarding processes with all stake holders
  • Initiates movement for Internal networking capacities and coordination on your behalf
  • Initiates a feasibility study and design refinement beginning immediately upon payment
  • Begins formation of a Curated and dedicated team with skills, mentorship, contractual and design development abilities that apply to your specific needs
  • Opens a selection of all TIAG Non-Profit Programs available to your project, which you can choose to opt-in for or leave out altogether, Including Free Annual Tier 2 Membership in the Journey Program, should you accept it.
  • Secures a dedicated 10% Off Discount Code that applies to ALL Lulus Garden Products designed to reduce costs of project implementation resources
  • Secures Virtual Consultation availability from your dedicated team at 1hr per week per associate (Each with their own unique trade and certification) when applicable.
  • Begins the development of a private custom Digital Resource Library with Content from the TIAG Community Archive & actively curated material from Haven Permaculture on your behalf

All on-going consultancy, design, on and off-site work and project management for the life of your consultancy is billed at a Below-industry-standard rate of 15-25% of monthly project costs, invoiced monthly, and beginning at the 1st month following enrollment.

For out of state(MO) Site Visits a required minimum $1000 per diem is due prior to travel commencement per 1 week stay duration. Fuel and lodging billed separately.

For In-State(MO) Site Visits a required minimum $500 per diem is due prior to travel commencement per 1 week stay duration. Fuel and lodging billed separately.

Note* billable monthly costs apply only to elements within the scope of work.

Site Visits: Initial and ongoing site visits are crucial for maintaining project alignment and quality control. These visits help us address any issues early and keep the project on track.
Project Management: Comprehensive project management ensures that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively, from design finalization to contractor coordination. We use Basecamp, Dropbox, Email and Phone to streamline management.
Client Portal: We minimize human error by working with project boards & key stakeholders within a Dedicated Client Portal to ensure smooth, routine, effective and transparent communication for all parties involved with the progress of your project. 
Priority Service: This is an "At Your Pace" Consultancy. Commit the retain to secure consultancy and details highlighted here, and with Priority Service from the Haven Permaculture Team, we'll work as fast or as slow as you want. Drag it out over time, or push hard to bring your projects to life! We're here for you, ready when you are.

3. REAL WORLD PROGRESS

Within the 1st quarter of your annual retainer, Our structured, transparent approach provides significant value to clients by ensuring that the projects permaculture property design is studied, conceptualized, applicable, refined, and managed efficiently, with costs calculated, controlled, and rendered in completion to an end result that aligns with the Your vision. Industry Standards can bill as high as $24,000.00 before completing a Feasibility study to START a design. Our collaborative efforts can complete this process within the scope of the retainer and site visits alone. Ensuring all additional billing and contractor work on-site presents physical, real-world progress for your project.
