Shipping Policy
Our store ships products via group buys store-wide as well as individual product sales outside of group buys.
Group Buys: Our group buys close every 30 days or less. Your order will ship within 7 to 10 business days from the group buy closing date.
Individual Orders: Individual orders typically ship within 7 to 10 business days from the time of order.
Shipping Responsibility: Given the state of the global markets, we do not take responsibility for carrier mistakes, delays, or other shipping interruptions. Once your product has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it safely. They carry their own insurances and can be contacted for disputes.
However, please reach out to us in the event of a dispute, as we may have solutions for you.
