1. Private 1:1 Consult Day – $500

   Jamon arrives ahead of guests for a full day walking your land, refining your goals, and aligning the event flow. This day is focused on your property, your systems, and event prep.

2. LIVE TIAG Event Day – $2,997 (Was 4,000)

   A full‑day intensive designed to educate and connect your local community around regenerative homesteading and permaculture.

   Event day includes:

   • 3‑hour indoor seminar

     Foundations of permaculture, the TIAG Four Cornerstones, and the Four Pillars of self‑sufficiency for families, churches, and communities.

   • 3‑hour outdoor workshop

     Hands‑on land walk, on‑the‑ground design teaching, and practical patterns for developing your property and region.

As host, you provide simple refreshments between sessions, and guests can register for intro packets or follow‑up resources.

These LIVE TIAG events are designed to seed a hyper‑localized, closed‑loop TIAG community in your area—where homesteaders barter, trade, and support one another in developing regenerative, permaculture‑based properties across your region.
