These visits are tailored to address key phases of your project, ensuring precision, guidance, and alignment with your goals from an initial vision and values assessment to coordinating and overseeing contractors and on-site design implementation efforts.

Our Site Visit Fees cover the expertise and resources needed to bring your vision to life, from property assessments and design reviews to implementation preparation and beyond. Each visit is pre-emptively planned to provide maximum value and actionable results for your regenerative property through clear assessment, communication, and coordination with you as the center piece of our efforts on your behalf.

Pre-requisite: Approved Permaculture Design or Masterplan Concept Program


What’s Included:

  • Dedicated On-Site Consultation: Receive expert guidance tailored to your project.
  • Comprehensive Analysis: Assess terrain, native species, waterflows, and infrastructure to attain a complete permaculture property design and plan ready for implementation.
  • Coordinate with and oversee contractors: on behalf of the Client(You) for effective implementation in alignment with the property design and project milestones.
  • Customized Solutions: Refine designs, adjust throughout implementation, and coordinate contractor change-orders for approval in a timely manner.

On-Site Visit Fees:

To ensure clarity and alignment with publicly available PMC program information on our website, and all correspondence, please review the pay structure for on-site visits again.

The following fees apply to all site visits:

·                  $500 per diem per consultant, billed prior to travel commencement, per 1-week duration (Never-prorated). (Taxes May Apply)

·                  Fuel and lodging are billed separately via invoice.

These fees ensure visiting personnel are well taken care of, safe in their work, and have the appropriate resources to provide for their time and dedication, themselves, and their family, as needed during their visitation with your project(s).

These fees are unchanging for the duration of your consultancy, unless otherwise specifically communicated, subject to economic, environmental, political, and other influences beyond Haven Permacultures control.


How site visits Work:

  1. Choose Your Site Visit Fee structure: Select your applicable fee based on your location. (Inside/Outside Missouri)
  2. Secure Payment: Pay the required amount for the site visit prior to travel commencement.
  3. Schedule Your Visit: Use your dedicated booking link (provided to PMC Clients) to schedule your on-site consultation. If this is your first site visit, please use the on-boarding survey within your dedicated client portal, found here: Https://Portal.myhaven.space 
  4. Travel Expense Assessment & Invoice:
    • After booking, we will contact you to assess necessary travel arrangements and site visit conditions.
    • A separate invoice for fuel and lodging expenses will be delivered via email and must be paid in full prior to travel commencement in addition to the site visit fee.
