Where Tiers 1 and 2 provide design and feasibility, the PMC Program brings those designs to life through active coordination, on-site management, and professional oversight of every phase — assessment, design, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation.

This is not a static design package; it’s a living management platform that integrates ecological intelligence, engineering precision, and personal mentorship to guide your property’s development from start to thriving completion and is delivered via oversight of your dedicated consultant assigned upon enrolment when your initial retainer is paid.

💠 Retainer Scope & Limitations

Your $15,000 annual retainer secures professional management access under the PMC framework — not design services or feasibility studies. It establishes your partnership with Haven Permaculture and activates your client dashboard, communication channels, and support team.

Annual Retainer Includes:
365-day direct access to Jamon Mysliwiec; Inner Circle team (up to 5 specialists) under Jamon’s direction; secure client portal & dashboard (tasks, milestones, budgets, documents); priority scheduling; guaranteed response times; and continuous digital continuity.

Does Not Include:
Feasibility studies (typically $5,500+), any design work, site visits, implementation, active PM fees (15–25%), external specialists/engineers, materials procurement, or physical deliverables. All non-retainer items are billed separately and pre-approved in writing.

The PMC Program is designed to provide full-spectrum guidance and accountability across all stages of regenerative land development:

Assessment – Feasibility studies, climate and soil data, and baseline documentation.
Design – Comprehensive zoning, water, energy, and ecosystem planning.
Implementation – Managed coordination of earthworks, planting, and infrastructure.
Maintenance – Seasonal follow-up, monitoring, and system refinement.
Evaluation – Performance tracking, financial analysis, and long-term planning.

Each stage is delivered through Haven Permaculture’s structured Five-Phase Plan, ensuring measurable progress, transparent budgeting, and clear deliverables.

💼 What’s Included in the $15,000 Annual Retainer

Core Consultancy Access

The PMC Program begins with your annual retainer, securing direct 1-on-1 access to Jamon Mysliwiec, Lead Designer at Haven Permaculture and Co-Founder of TIAG, for 365 days from project start — including text, calls, and private video support.

You’ll also gain a dedicated Inner Circle team of up to five specialists in herbology, permaculture, natural building, climate, GIS, or education — all hand-selected by Jamon and operating under his direction as your Dedicated Consultant.

Every PMC client receives secure Portal and Client Dashboards for live task tracking, milestone management, budgeting, and document sharing — creating one central hub for your entire project.

Clients receive priority scheduling, guaranteed response times, and full digital continuity year-round to maintain forward momentum across every phase.

Your consultant will guide you through a 5-phase approach to design and develop your regenerative land project through various means, billed separately, on an annual basis.

1. Environmental & Technical Reports

All PMC projects integrate the Permaculture Feasibility Studies and Design in custom milestones unique to you and your project, including but not limited to:

• Collaborative GIS and Landscape Health Analyses

• Biodiversity and Microclimate Mapping

• Custom Climate and Soil Reference Sheets

• Windbreak, Irrigation, and Mulching Guides

These reports provide the science-backed foundation for design and implementation decisions on your site.

2. Conceptual, Preliminary, and Final Permaculture Designs and Plans

A comprehensive, GIS-based design layout including:

• Functional zones and sectors (0–5)

• Water-harvesting and irrigation systems

• Access, infrastructure, and energy integration

• Food-forest guild design (Zone 1–3)

• Seasonal maintenance plans and soil improvement guides

All maps and design documents are housed in your client dashboard for ongoing access and collaboration.

3. Master Binder Deliverable

Every PMC project culminates in a custom-printed, family-branded Master Binder — a durable, professionally assembled manual that includes your plans, maps, system guides, and educational resources for multi-generational use.
A digital archive copy is also provided for backup and future reprints.

4. Structured Five-Phase Development Model

Each PMC project follows Haven Permaculture’s Five-Phase Plan with defined milestones, budgets, and deliverables at each stage:

Assessment → Design → Implementation → Maintenance → Evaluation

This structure creates a clear timeline of achievements and financial transparency from start to finish.

💰 Transparent Cost Structure

The PMC Program operates under Haven Permaculture’s Triple Constraint Framework, balancing Scope, Time, and Cost for accountable delivery.

Billed Separately:

• Site Visits (required) — $500/day per consultant + travel, lodging, and per diem per the Site Visit Protocol. (Three core visits are typically required.)

• Implementation and construction (earthworks, materials, planting, infrastructure).

• Active project management fees (15–25% of approved phase spend).

• External specialists, engineers, and subconsultants as needed.

• Material procurement (billed at cost minus discounts through Haven or Lulu’s Garden).

All fees are pre-approved in writing before execution of each phase to ensure budget control and client confidence.
