Why This Exists

Every December, families say the same thing:

“We did a lot this year. We’re tired. And we’re still not sure we’re building in the right order.”

I’ve lived that.

I’ve ripped out systems I installed too early or the wrong way.
I’ve paid the price for skipping water, skipping access, skipping sequence.
I’ve watched good intentions turn into burnout because the order of operations was wrong.

Most families don’t need more information.

They need to start now—with the right things—so they don’t lose another year to analysis paralysis or random projects.

They need:

  • Sequence

  • A staged, realistic approach

  • A clear 90-day plan they can actually DIY and operate as a family

That’s what this intensive is for.

What This Is

A one-time, high-focus homestead design intensive to get your next 90 days in order using the same hierarchy I use on my own land and with full consulting clients:

Design for Water & Earthworks → Access & Roads → Structures & Utilities → Trees & Perennials → Fencing & Livestock → Annuals → Surplus → Community

No guessing.
No copying Instagram properties.
No building systems you can’t maintain.

We design the right next steps—in the right order—for your unique land and household.

What You Get

1. Pre-Work Intake (Before the Call)

Once you book, you’ll complete a simple intake so I can study your land before we meet.

You’ll share:

  • Acreage, climate, and region

  • Budget range and time capacity

  • Existing systems (water, access, shelter, animals, gardens)

  • Your top 3 frustrations from 2025

  • Your top 3 goals for 2026

You’ll also submit:

  • Photos or a short video walkthrough

  • A rough map (OnX, Google, hand-drawn—anything you have)

  • Notes or sketches you’ve already started

  • Property surveys or professional maps, if available

The goal: when we meet, we start at depth and set you up to make real progress in the first 90 days of 2026—so spring booms instead of stalls.

2. Deep-Dive Design Call (90–120 Minutes)

In January 2026, we meet on Zoom for a focused design session.

You don’t need to prepare anything beyond the intake. Just follow my lead.

On this call, we will:

  • Walk your property virtually using your maps and photos

  • Screen-share satellite and overhead views to identify needs

  • Identify bottlenecks, mistakes-in-the-making, and missing systems

  • Apply clear sequence to decide:

    • What must come first

    • What needs to be paused or removed

    • What belongs in later phases

    • Where to prioritize money—or not spend it at all

By the end of the call, you will know:

  • The exact 90-day window we’re designing for

  • The order of operations through Q1

  • Exactly what you’re doing first, second, third, fourth, and fifth

  • The few decisions that matter most right now

No fluff. No theory. No marketing. Just grounded decisions.

3. Written 90-Day Plan (PDF)

+ All Notes & Google Earth Pro Work

After our call, you’ll receive:

  • A Now / Next / Later list for the next 90 days

  • Key design decisions and timing notes

  • 2–3 critical “do not do this yet” warnings

  • Simple sketches or diagrams where helpful

  • My working notes and Google Earth Pro references

Bonus: curated resources from my personal digital library to support DIY education and implementation, such as:

  • Zone-specific food forest planting lists

  • Software tools I use for land analysis (contours, data layers)

  • E-books, infographics, and reference material

This is designed to be printed, stored in a binder, and actively used for the next three months.

4. Loom Walkthroughs + Private Project Board

You’ll receive short Loom walkthroughs (about 5 minutes each) covering your Q1 plan:

  • To re-watch after the kids go to bed

  • To bring your spouse into alignment

  • To regain clarity when things get busy

Bonus: everything is organized in a private project board with your own login, available for the full 90 days—so your family always knows where the plan lives.

5. Full Credit Toward Future Consulting

If you decide to continue into:

  • A full Haven Permaculture design engagement, or

  • My 1:1 Project Management & Consultancy (PMC) Program (12-month retainer)

100% of your intensive fee is credited toward that work, provided we begin by a mutually agreed date.

This intensive stands alone—or becomes your on-ramp into deeper collaboration.

My goal is simple: you growing your own food through spring 2026 with confidence.

Who This Is For

This is for you if:

  • You own land (or are under contract) and feel the weight of getting 2026 right

  • You’ve already built some systems and know sequence matters now

  • You want a clear, honest outside perspective grounded in real permaculture practice

  • You’re willing to hear, “That should wait,” or “That needs to move”

This is not for you if:

  • You want encouragement without real decisions

  • You expect a full multi-year master plan for $1,000

  • You’re unwilling to slow down or adjust expectations

If you’re ready to take action and build something that lasts, I want to work with you.
