  • 🏡 Zone Analysis
    Functional zoning map from Zone 0 (your home) to Zone 5 (wild/natural areas), optimized for daily use and long-term planning, based on your property size, shape, conditions, goals, and landform.

  • 💧 Existing Water Influence Map
    Analysis and mapping of existing water systems visible remotely, natural flows, catchment opportunities, and drainage zones currently prevailing across the land.

  • 🚰 Revised Water Plan
    A conceptual water strategy featuring swales, rainwater harvesting potential, core placement for controled, slowed and spread flow across water harvesting earthworks such as swales, basins, and other techniques that may apply to you.

      • Due to remote design limitations, this does not include irrigation and to-scale sprinkler plans without upgrade to in-person site assessment for measurements to take place (Option is available after booking).

  • 📍 Optional Upgrade: Site Visits
    (Not Included in Standard Design Package)

     

     

    Average cost ranges from $1150-$3200 per visit depending on distance and length of consultant stay (Days) and number of consultants attending per visit.

    While it is optional, and your design will be as close as possible to real-world implementation ready standards, from a remote position and deliver high-value. Nevertheless, a minimum of 2 on-site visits is required for a fully ground-truthed and implementation-ready design. We'll offer a quote for visits after enrollment.

    • 1st Visit: Comprehensive site walkthrough and data gathering before design begins.

    • 2nd Visit: Final punch-list review and on-site discussion of refinements for the completed design, prior to delivery.

    Note: Site visits are billed separately and optional. Travel, lodging, and related expenses are invoiced in addition to the design package.
    Additional visits can be scheduled as needed to optimize project outcomes for the highest rate of success, with up to 3 Consultants per visit.
