This premium package includes two internal Mastermind Sessions between your PMC project lead and a qualified expert collaborator, selected based on your property’s unique challenges and regional needs.

These focused sessions are conducted behind the scenes and are designed to maximize impact while minimizing cost. Rather than stacking hourly rates across multiple consultants during live calls, the PMC Mastermind format ensures you receive high-level collaboration and actionable outcomes — without unnecessary overhead.

– Two Mastermind Sessions (2 hours each x2+ Professionals)

Each session is customized to your current project phase and may include:

• Microclimate Placement Strategy: Optimizing where each plant species will thrive based on climate, sun exposure, water zones, and wind protection

• Local Sourcing & Procurement: Identifying cost-effective, regionally adapted plant species and materials for your windbreak, orchard, or understory layers

• Species Refinement: Selecting or replacing species based on performance, availability, or long-term resilience

• Soil Amendments & Companion Design: Strategically planning inputs for long-term fertility and plant synergy

Final Deliverables

These meetings are the final stage of planting plans and conclude the following:

• Finalized species list and planting location plans
  

• Soil amendment and input plans

• Placement markers and installation-ready blueprint plans

• Companion planting guide and succession detail plans

• Crop care and harvest calendar plans

• Comprehensive species sheet for your PMC Master Binder

• Fully referenced spreadsheet (USDA, local extension, research-backed)

• Summary of all Mastermind discussions and next-step instructions

Payment Details:

• Flat rate: $1,200

• Covers two Mastermind Sessions with 2 professionals (4 hours total @ $300/hr)

• OPTIONAL UPGRADE:

   

  • Attend meetings for an additional 100 hourly(4 hours total @ $400/hr). 
  • Please note: this option while of high value, historically incurs increased hourly billing by exceeding time allocated.
  • This Option is Not recommended for slim budgets

• All design and feasibility for species selection will be finalized

• The Guarantee:

  • No additional consulting charges for plant selection after stage completion

• Available to active PMC Program clients only

• Payment confirms booking and initiates scheduling

• Updated Deliverables provided via Private Portal within 72 hours after each session

• All future Species/plant related work transitions into the implementation phase
