This program is meant to refine and install your Final Design Plan of your specific project that will give both rough and clear estimates of property potential, aligned with permaculture principles, strategies, and whole systems approach to working with your existing property ecosystems for greater success.

You work directly with your project manager, who facilitates the work with various contractors and other professionals assigned to your build phases and overall project requirements. Ensuring you get the most professional discussion and work available to your current project, each phase of implementation, while cutting out numerous time wasting phone calls, minor details, and complicated workflow processes.

Upon enrollment, our Founder (Jamon) will reach out to you via email to begin the process. The email will contain a survey required to begin the assessment on your specific property.
Please allow up to 2 weeks to be contacted and begin your program.
Your property designer will email you introducing themselves and connecting about any questions or discussion topics specific to your survey answers and project details.
A Professional filestream will be delivered as the GIS layer analysis is completed step by step with our professional network of designers.
If you do not already have a design:
Your property design will begin by producing:
- 1 Satellite rendered Base map containing a general Diagnosis of existing property structures, conditions, vegetation areas, topography, and existing water sources.
- 1 Design Rendering of Preliminary property Zones. Based on Satellite Base Map markers, and any/all client supplied property data, maps, and images.
- 1 Artists Rendition of Property area for visual reference and communication.
- All Preliminary Renditions and draft plans focus on "Potential" make-up, with flexibility in design allowing for alterations to fit your family goals.
- Cloud Based File-stream for property data share and storage. (This is where you will upload all your available information/photos/documents/Land Surveys, etc.)
- 1 day minimum (8hrs) on site with your designer, investigating and exchanging information and property analysis. (This is required for implementation of your design)
During Installation:
- Each Week Will begin with discussion on the next phase of design
- A review with your designer of the previous weeks progress
- An estimate of work to be completed for the following week
Billing: The Billing process will be handled transparently and on paper ONLY. No verbal communication will stand as official agreements before, during, or after services. This is how we keep everyone happy, informed, and transparent!

Upon sign up, you are paying for the property analysis process to begin, a budget to be identified, and professionals to be quoted. Successive billing will be issued thereafter dependent on the scope of your specific project (No estimates can be given until this process has been completed - Sign up Required)
- Once a budget is established Every effort will be taken to stay within the bounds set by that budget. A total project estimate is given and you will be invoiced by United Works for the project manager Fee, and associated services United Works offers directly.
- Contractor invoices as part of total project estimates are billed Separately.
- 60% of total project estimate is required up front.
- 100% of design work prior to install is refundable in the event we do not produce an efficient design that meets or exceeds your goals and expectations (Clients usually pay 100% upfront for this reason)
- 15% of all contractor invoices is applied as billable project manager fees.
- This invoice is to be paid to United Works LLC upon Receipt, and is separate from contractor invoices - This is our fee for continued services throughout your project.
- Estimate Adjustments: Are handled by the contractors themselves prior to final invoicing.
- Contractors are to be paid in full at job completion.
- United Works will adjust invoicing to 15% of contractor final invoices.
- At the time of project completion: A final invoice, Or Refund will be delivered electronically to close out the project. At this time all contractor invoices, fees, and associated expenses should be paid in full.
What to Expect After Signup:

- A total project estimate will be delivered after the initial survey and overview of your project specifics, contractor estimates, and any additional fees have been assessed. This is included in the enrollment Fee payable on this page*
- Offsite Work Commencement:
- If you do not already have a Property Master Plan: A professional Permaculture Designer will contact you with details and billing to begin that process. Than carry out your property design working directly with you before implementation can begin.
- If you do have a Property Master Plan: We will contact you through email with a cloud link for you to upload all of your property details required for analysis and installation processes to begin.
- Working from the above described Budget assessed after sign up, a Billing and Scheduling process will begin for onsite work commencement.
- Onsite Work Commencement:
- Contractors working on site will be self governing, independent entities accepting the job hired by you directly, under the instructions of your project manager.
- Contractors carry their own guarantees and are in no way insured or legally connected to United Works or Your project coordinator, outside of offering discounts as part of our network agreements, if any.
- Your project manager will handle the logistics with the onsite crew leads and project contractors to eliminate multiple voices and possible confusions, than relay appropriate information directly to you for efficiency.
- Job Reports will be discussed weekly as work is commenced and feedback is acquired. Estimates adjusted and budgets used.
