Welcome to the final design process!

This program was built to take the difficulty of design and the details of permaculture processes out of your work load, and enable you to focus on implementation of the project, saving you Time, Money, and Resources.
while at the same time, offer a guided approach with professional regenerative landscape design in permaculture principles.

This program is meant to outline your specific project in a way that will give clear definitions of property build processes. Aligned with permaculture principles, strategies, and symbiotic and diversified methods.

*Upon enrollment, one of our designers will reach out to you via email to begin the process. The email will contain a survey required to begin the assessment on your specific property, and your designer may call you in addition for any questions or discussion specific to your project.

The Final Design build process
Start our final design program with 4 - 8 hours of professional design work specific to your project area, family goals, overall project scope and geography.

Additional time will be assessed within the enrollment period, via the survey answers, actual design progress within the enrolled for hours, and any additional information communicated after enrollment. An invoice will be sent via your designer concluding the estimated remaining hrs necessary to complete your program.

Every Property is unique.

The Final Design Program
  • This Includes Spreadsheets of plants and itemized costs
  • Professionally drafted design incorporating Permaculture principles, Swales, fruit tree guilds, water cachement, garden planning, structural improvements, sourcing options, calculated green energy inputs, potential yields, and various other factors such as potential hazards specific to property zoning and microclimate, and identifies solutions.
How to know if your getting a good design for your money?
a good design will include the following:
  • Water flow orientation and cachment
  • Your goals for the property
  • Slope or lack thereof on your property
  • Access to the property and to various parts of the property
  • Access to water sources (including rainwater, greywater...)
  • Soil type and condition
  • Orientation of the property
  • Sector energy impacting the property (wind, sun exposure, fire, pollution, etc)
  • Patterns that they can enhance or deflect for positive yield
  • Edge opportunities
  • Climate adapted species for the various levels of the food forest
  • Animal elements appropriate to your climate/property
  • Structure elements that may enhance yield
  • chicken tractoring
  • cattle grazing
  • swales
  • contour plowing
  • sheet mulched gardens
  • water storage
  • etc…

The beautiful thing about permaculture, is that it is reverse of agriculture, in the fact that it is DESIGN intensive, not labor intensive.
Whereas normal practice is very labor intensive, with less design involvement and inputs over time, allowing for natural systems to take hold, and human intervention to virtually stop completely. Getting a good design at the gate is the most important part of any permaculture process

During your project developments, you can expect to get:
  • Completed Design Rendering of project area plan containing existing structures and established vegetations with calculated spacing and complete permaculture systems implementation
  • 2nd Design Layer displaying Artists Rendition of Property Zones Developed by estimated natural exposers (i.e. Sun, Shade, Water Flow, Wind factors, Ect.)
This finished rendering will establish a basis for guild, network, and companion planting options.
  • 3rd design layer outlining anticipated water flow, catchment, and systems
  • 4th design layer outlining where permaculture principles are being implemented in your design(s)
  • Finished Renditions focus on "Potential" make-up, with flexibility in design allowing for alterations to fit finalization.
  • Based on your specific goals, with factoring of minor details in final renderings
  • Includes calculated factors such as plant spreadsheets and itemized costs, potential yields, square footage and geographically mapped areas, etc.
  • Permaculture design of project in virtual landscape and written illustration(s)
  • Project specific details, information, and maintenance virtual binder(s)
  • The Planting Plan(s) and annual calendar rotations
  • Mapped and Typed Permaculture Design Guide of your landscape with your own customizations
  • Virtual Project Specific instructions/details Binder Reviewed with your mentor at program end date
  • Bi-Weekly calls and follow ups - Permaculture Education and insights into your specific project progress
  • 24/5 Q&A Via Text/Email with Guaranteed 24 business hour response time (Monday - Friday)

Designer Rates: $150hr

Additional Billable hours as required (if Any) to be paid via Invoice after initial program enrollment and communications following completion of enrollment period*
