Before onboarding, new clients complete a Haven Feasibility Study so the consultancy begins with a clear understanding of the land, constraints, opportunities, water movement, access, infrastructure, and long-term development potential.

Existing clients who have already completed this step do not need to purchase it again.

Important Terms

• Site visits are not included unless specifically agreed to in writing and subject to availability.
• Travel, lodging, and on-site expenses are billed separately.
• This retainer does not include earthwork construction, installation labor, materials, nursery stock, livestock, engineering, surveying, permitting, legal services, architectural drawings, contractor services, or emergency access.
• Unlimited consulting is not included. Support is provided within the reasonable scope of the selected retainer term.
• Any work outside the scope of this retainer must be agreed to in writing before it begins.

Service-Based Program

No physical product will be shipped. All services are delivered directly through Haven Permaculture and coordinated with your consultant.
