- Site visits are not included unless specifically agreed to in writing and subject to availability.
- Travel, lodging, and on-site expenses are billed separately.
- This retainer does not include earthwork construction, installation labor, materials, nursery stock, livestock, engineering, surveying, permitting, legal services, architectural drawings, contractor services, or emergency access.
- Unlimited consulting is not included. Support is provided within the reasonable scope of the selected retainer term.
- Any work outside the scope of this retainer must be agreed to in writing before it begins.
