1. Pre-Work Intake (Before We Meet)

Once you secure your spot, you’ll complete a guided intake so I can study your land before we meet.

You’ll share:

• Your vision, values, and goals

• Acreage, region, and climate

• Budget range and time capacity

• Existing systems (water, access, shelter, animals, gardens)

• Your top frustrations

• Your biggest priorities

You’ll also submit:

• Photos and short video walkthroughs

• Any maps you have (OnX, Google, hand-drawn, surveys)

• Notes or sketches you’ve already started

Result: We start the call ahead of the curve—saving time, money, and mistakes.

2. Deep-Dive Design Call (90–120 Minutes | Virtual)

This is where clarity happens.

We will:

• Walk your property virtually

• Review maps, photos, and satellite imagery

• Identify bottlenecks and mistakes-in-the-making

• Apply correct sequence to your next decisions

By the end of the call, you will know:

• The exact 90-day window we’re designing for

• What comes first, second, third, fourth

• What must wait

• Where to invest money—and where not to

3. Written 90-Day Plan (PDF)

After the call, you receive:

• A Now / Next / Later action plan

• Clear priorities and timing notes

• 2–3 critical “do not do this yet” warnings
