A Haven Permaculture Service
1. Scope of Services
Haven Permaculture provides expert consultancy services to support the planning, design, and implementation of regenerative landscapes. Services may include site analysis, master planning, implementation strategies, educational support, and professional guidance. Detailed services are customized per client and may be outlined in an official scope or design proposal.
2. Payment & Fees
All consulting and project management services are billed according to the terms outlined in each client's onboarding documents or agreement. This may include:

Initial Enrollment Retainers (e.g., $15,000 standard PMC retainer)

Milestone-based billing structures

Monthly consulting/project management fees (typically 25% of project phase costs)

Additional charges for travel, lodging, or third-party contractors/specialists
Payments are due upon invoicing unless otherwise arranged. All sales are final.
3. Project Duration
Projects may vary in duration depending on the scope and complexity. Standard PMC program timelines operate in multi-phase formats with expected completion within 3 years unless otherwise specified. Clients will receive regular updates and access to project files via the Haven Permaculture client portal.
4. Confidentiality
Both Haven Permaculture and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive or proprietary information shared during the duration of services. No project details will be disclosed without written consent.
5. Independent Contractor Relationship
Haven Permaculture operates as an independent consultancy. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions constitutes a legal partnership, employer-employee, or joint venture relationship between the client and consultant.
6. Termination Policy
Either party may terminate consulting services with a written notice period (typically 30 days). Any outstanding payments for completed work or expenses are due immediately upon termination.
7. Disclaimer of Guarantees
Permaculture design outcomes depend on variables outside of consultant control, including weather, climate, soil conditions, and unforeseen ecological or human factors. While services are delivered with professional care and permaculture expertise, Haven Permaculture does not guarantee specific outcomes. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
8. Limitation of Liability
Haven Permaculture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from design implementation, delays, or third-party contractor work. The client assumes full responsibility for decisions made based on consulting services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
By enrolling in any Haven Permaculture Program, design service, or consultation through Haven Permaculture, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
